For the General Application, simply follow the link below, fill in correct boxes and your application will be sent directly to 4 Points Master's Commission. All applicants must fill out the 4PMC General Application.
Those applying for the SAGU courses must also send in the SAGU Application Form. The SAGU Application must be printed out and mailed to the address below.
This is an application signifying you are requesting more information. Upon receiving your appliction of request, we will send the Full-Application packet and forms.
SAGU has partnered with 4PMC to allow us to offer you a fully-accredited experience. Through the S.A.G.U. courses you will gain knowledge in the Bible, in your walk with God, and with others around you.
SAGU courses are eligible for federal student aid.
