2. Your application is delivered to 4PMC

3. Pastor Al, the director, will contact you to inform you that your application was received

5. Pastor Al will send you the final paperwork for you to complete and booklets with general information for students

At this point, if you have any questions, you may call 816-668-7101

6. You will mail in the completed paperwork for enrollment

7. Remember to include a $200 check when you mail in your completed paperwork (to cover the processing fees)

 

Note: Your final paper work and $200 must be mailed in by the first of August to avoid late fees.
